ANICON is the awarded Technical Advisor to provide Sustainable Project & Construction Management Services for the reconstruction and completion of one of the most well-known landmark buildings located in the area of Mets, in Athens’ city-centre. The asset is under the NOVAL Property portfolio, with a total gross area of 4.321,33 sqm. It comprises of 4 superstructure levels (G/F with Mezzanine, 1st, 2nd , 3rd and Rooftop) and 2 basements. New structural interventions and MEP installations will be implemented, and new internal layouts will be constructed, turning the building into a state of the art, high-end residential and office space.
The construction shall comply with the latest standards of sustainable development and aims to be certified with a minimum LEED Gold Certification.
Ground floor and mezzanine levels will house the commercial space with independent office areas. The future building will also accommodate 9 residential apartments, occupying three top levels. On the 3rd floor, 2 of the 3 residential areas will have access, via vertical transportation, to a separate private roof garden offering a panoramic view of Athens centre. The remaining 7 residences will be sharing a common roof garden area, with an outdoor swimming pool and accompanying facilities. The independent residential main entrance will be on M. Mousourou St, whereas the offices main entrance will be on Ardittou St.
