Located at a landmark site in proximity to the Panathenaic Stadium, the project at Ardittou 38-40 was a signature urban regeneration initiative developed by Noval Property, and designed by Divercity Architects, with ANICON providing Project and Construction Management services. The development involved the sustainable transformation of a long-abandoned structure into a contemporary mixed-use building, featuring premium residences and modern office spaces.
