ANICON. Engineering & Management Consultants has been appointed to provide Sustainable Project & Construction Management services for an exciting new development, near Sivota and adjacent to the coastline, in the southeastern part on the island of Lefkada, Greece.
This exclusive project features the creation of 22 private caved villas, thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the natural surroundings. The development spans a total area of 82,390m², divided into 12 distinct plots. The villas will occupy 11 plots, totaling 6.500m², while the remaining land will include the development of a marina at the Seashore Zone, to provide access for private yachts and guests, enhancing the luxury experience and connectivity of the site.
The project is being designed by the internationally acclaimed Plesner Architects, celebrated for their innovative work on the Six Senses Hotel in Israel. Their design vision, combined with ANICON’s expertise, will bring this sustainable and luxurious development to life.
