ANICON. Engineering & Management Consultants proudly served as the Client’s Technical Representative for Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) in one of Greece’s largest-ever hospitality real estate transactions. Following the success in that role ANICON. Engineering & Management Consultants were appointed along with AECOM to deliver Project & Construction Project Management Services. The collective aim was to redefine the Resort as one of the most distinctive Mediterranean holiday destinations.
With a total of 1.150 rooms across an extensive 82.000 sqm of building area, this monumental project is situated along a 585 m coastline and sets a new benchmark in the hospitality sector by combining impressive scale with deep commitment to sustainability. The development aimed for LEED Certification and implemented Net Zero strategies, placing environmental responsibility at the core of its vision.
